Dustin is CEO and Broker for Heritage Properties and Investments. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Dustin graduated from Purdue University in 1998.  He worked as a loan officer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage before becoming the broker of Heritage Properties and Investments where he opened the 1st Heritage Properties office in Murrieta, California in 2006.  Since then he has opened a second Heritage Properties office in Shelbyville, Indiana in 2013.  Dustin manages the overall business and focuses on developing and improving processes so that our clients receive top notch service from our firm.

Craig Goldstein

Craig Goldstein has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for 18 years. He started out working summers for his brother back in the late 80's auditing mortgage files for compliance reasons. In the late 90s, Craig processed sub-prime loans for Accredited Home Lenders' wholesale division. In the early 2000s, Craig was employed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in their processing and underwriting operation center. 

Today, Craig heads up a very successful property management team for Heritage Properties and Investments. His main focus is on credit repair, mentoring new agents and building new relationships.

Burt Lawton

Burt is originally from Indiana. He has been a Heritage Properties and Investments Real Estate Agent, Office Manager, and Property Manager since September 2014. 

 

Burt has a background with StreetLinks Lender Solutions, one of the nation's top appraisal management companies as a Quality Control Team Lead and Quality Control Corporate Trainer.  His 10 years in Wholesale Mortgage Account Management and Branch Management have been invaluable to the Heritage Properties team.
